    -MASSAGE-

To me, massage is more than following a pre-programmed sequence.  I take a holistic approach to helping your body and mind heal, incorporating techniques from many modalities, like doTERRA's AromaTouch, Remedial, Sports, Therapeutic, Kinesiology + Reiki to unravel the mystery of the symptoms you present with.

Help! My friend joined a MLM company.

I'm laughing as I write this post. Why? The irony. Total and utter irony. You see, I never intended to become involved in a network marketing company. Never. As in, avoided anything that even slightly resembled selling, party plans, with the exception of a few plastic type items that burp when you seal the lids! Until now. So as a long-term avoider and network (or multi-level) market eye-rolling skeptic, I reckon I'm pretty qualified to have an opinion on this topic... I

    The psychological eater

Last week I wrote about emotional eating; the five trigger categories that make us raid the fridge or paw the bikkie barrel whether we're hungry or not. I'm happy-sad about that. There's nothing better on a freezing, grey Melbourne Sunday arvo than getting a

    Emotional Eater? (me too)

I'm a true emotional eater in every sense of the word. Stressed = eat. Excited = eat. Anxious = eat. When I was studying the Nutrition units in my Health Coaching qual, there was a great section on emotions and triggers behind your eating choices. And when you break it down, there's 5 main trigger categories that narrow down our why. Our pull towards foods that don't necessarily serve our goals. Over the next week or so I'm going to talk more about each of these triggers
