Na-Na-Nut Chia Pods

Home-made Chia Pod - it's so, so easy to put together, and full of healthy goodness to keep you full until lunch. Plus, it's a make-ahead time-saver that you can grab on the go.


1 small banana

1 tablespoon almond nut butter

1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup chia seeds


Blend banana, almond butter and almond milk until smooth.

Gently mix chia seeds.

Pour into 2 or 3 bowls or glasses.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with seasonal fruit and chopped almonds.
